Intensifying the value of knowing one another and maintaining a good rapport, we’ve encouraged our children to Explore CHINA. We celebrated our neighbor’s peculiarities, glorious history, immense geography, scientific invention, its success story and beautiful culture. As it is the first of its kind we request you to take a note to our efforts and publish a news story.

To reinforce the education about peace and friendship, as Confucius said we, Mills Berry School, have celebrated CHINATHEME for the month of June and July, August and September. With much support from the China Culture Centre, Mills Berry School is successfully concluding the theme on the 16th Sept 2016, Friday.
The main objective of the theme celebration was to “Explore China” and discover China’s culture, its geographical and historical linkage with Nepal.
Students have learnt many things about China. They learn Chinese language, exploring Chinese culture, doing Worksheets, conducting quiz contest about China and so on.
The culture Section Chief, Mr. Zhan Pin from Chinese Embassy is the Chief Guest, with Mr. Yin Kunsong, Director of the China Culture Centre as special Guest. Along with this Mr. LilamaniPoudel, former secretary chief, as a Special Guest of the program. Students exhibit different cultural program – dragon culture, fan dance and Martial Art Demo performance. Students also exhibit their knowledge through different stalls.
